Typically, the consultant will spend a week with the organisation’s management to understand the above issues better after which , a proposal will be made on how to address the issues that need to be addressed and the involvement of the consultant through the implementation process.

The time needed for implementation will depend on the focus areas. Each case is different ! Some transformations can be a quick fix, others could be a longer journey .
